'Join me today guys as we tackle the The Sinful 6 HIIT Cardio Workout. This will be a no equipment HIIT workout that can burn some serious calories and fat So what exactly is thee Sinful 6 and how does it work exactly? Well what we will be doing is 6 exercises... We start with exercises 1 We then do exercises 1 followed by exercise 2 We then do 1 followed by 2 , followed by 3 We then do 1 followed by 2 , then 3 , then 4 We continue this all the way up to 6. Once we reach 6 we work our way back down the other side wiping off an exercise each time It will make sense as you progress through the workout So as I said , just your bodyweight needed for this one guys and a little space and 20 minutes of your time So grab a drink and lets smash this Grant'
